By targeting deeper muscle groups, EMS enhances strength, endurance, and fat loss, effectively and efficiently. 20 min of EMS is equivalent to up to 90 min at the gym, making it  ideal for busy people looking to maximise their results in less time.

  • EMS Training is very safe with minimal risks when performed under professional supervision of a qualified and EMS certified trainer. You may experience mild muscle soreness after sessions, similar to what you’d feel after a traditional workout. Before starting, we’ll assess your medical history to ensure EMS is right for you.

  • The wellbeing of our clients is of the utmost importance and we therefore follow strict health policies. Unfortunately, people with certain medical conditions can't participate in EMS training (e.g. if you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker, etc.), and others will need to consult with their doctor first.

  • No, EMS Training is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. It’s even suitable for people recovering from injuries or whose mobility is challenged.   • With EMS Training, you only need to train once or twice a week for 20 minutes to see noticeable results. The technology allows for a full-body workout in a fraction of the time compared to traditional exercise routines.
